Returns, Terms, and Conditions

Due to the nature of bioactive products and cross contamination we do NOT accept returns on any substrates, cork bark, live animals, feeders, and any other similar product. Dry factory sealed products may be returned within 30 days. Store credit only, return shipping not included.

Canceled orders approved for a refund are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

If any products arrive damaged or destroyed, contact Unz-arium within 12 hrs of arrival. Reimbursement at our discretion, Store credit only.

Live Animal Guarantee; We guarantee live arrival as long as the following:1) Overnight Priority shipping, 2) FedEx Hub pickup only, 3) Photo and Video proof provided within 2 hrs after pickup(Please pick up before noon),4) Transit temperatures between 40-80 Degrees F. 

We also guarantee all Captive Bred animals for 7 days (with proper husbandry, at our discretion). On the rare occasion we have wild caught animals available, they are guaranteed  for 24 hrs (with proper husbandry)
